Follow YOUr light.

Too often we are distracted by words, things people say or do, audiences that watch and judge us, TV that dictate to use what to think, what to feel as fear comes rushing over our face, or tears come flooding from our eyes.

Without light, we could not see our material world.

Without light, the trees would not grow

Without light, the flowers would not blossom.

Without light, we would be in darkness.

How can following your light be so accurate as to bring us to bliss?

I mean, isn't half the fun being in the dark just to be in the light.

Like a little brat tugging on your shirt for attention.

When deep inside what that little brat child is doing is crying for help.

What he is portraying is being a brat, but what he really is, is scared shitless.

The more he regresses back into his small loathing victim self, more of the ecstasy having your attention will be. Like a drug.

The pay off is so immense that people blow shit in your face just so they can get that ephoric high of you being emotionally available to them.

So why? Why does follow your light work?.

I have to say this- following your light gives you everything that you require to fulfill yourself at every given moment by moment. No need to do the victim dance to gain attention or react to knee jerking that fires you up.

The same high ppl yearning from this type of attention and approval get it by playing victim. This can be in the form of drugs, alcohol, being promiscuous, controlling, aggressive behavior, you get the point...

That same very fulfillment of love and attention can be felt simply by trusting in what feels good.

I mean feels good, not feels temp.

The good news is the more truthful you are with your self allowing yourself to follow your light, the same authentic relationships show up in your life that support you.

This is not a quick fix .

This feeling is your truth, what you know deep in your heart but have been afraid to take action on .

One little move in the direction in your flight will take you to a completely different area code.

We are not talking taking leaps in trusting your light, just enough so that you can get a taste of what it feels like , enough to allow the universe to give you feedback, a hit of love.

Following your light means trusting that feeling in you that goes past all the what ifs.

Once you do, you will be addicted to a love that is unconditional and always available for you.

Have you ever been afraid to go into the lake that it might be too deep?

Then you go in afraid to put your feet down that you might drown? So petrified that you practically start drowning on the spot. Then someone yells, " STAND UP!!" and then you do to find out the water is only 3 ft high!

That is how fear gets you.. all you have to do is trust in your voice that says STAND UP! You will see the shit you think you are in or will be in is nothing more then your fear and all you have to do is STAND UP to find out all is well, was well and WILL always be WELL!

This is your light. No matter where you go, you are shining!

Follow your light within so that you will always be exactly where, when and why at the right time and in the right environment .
